Damage from Improper Storage: Transfers that have been damaged as a result of not being stored properly, such as exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, which are clearly outlined in our care instructions.
Application to Unsuitable Surfaces: Transfers applied to surfaces not recommended for Thermal Fusion Transfer application which may have led to an unsuccessful transfer or damage
