Shipping Policy
New Zealand Shipping
Free shipping when you spend over $120 within New Zealand.
Deliveries take place Monday – Friday. You will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel.
Place your order before 12pm Monday through Friday and we’ll aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed on the weekend/public holiday will be picked up by the Couriers on the next business day.
NZ Urban Areas 1-3 business days.
NZ Rural Areas 3-5 business days.
NZ Inter Island Up to 4 business days.
Please note, these timeframes are estimates only and exclude any courier delays, depot processing time and public holidays. There may also be a slight delay during peak sale or promotional periods.
When your order is ready to be collected you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking link. With this link you can track the progress of your deliveries.
International Orders
Australia – Orders for Australia will be shipped within 3 working days. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and will take 3-10 working days to arrive. Please note that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Shipping cost is based on weight. Please use the shipping quote at checkout and you will receive a quoted cost within 1-2 hours.
USA – Orders for the USA will be shipped within 3 working days. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and will take 6-12 working days to arrive.
