All specials and deals are while stocks last only. No rain checks. No refunds on sale items.
Refund and Replacement Policy for Thermal Fusion Transfers
Non-Refundable and Non-Replaceable Conditions:
Our Thermal Fusion Transfers are supplied with detailed application instructions to ensure successful results. Refunds or replacements will not be granted under the following circumstances.
Incorrect Application: If the Thermal Fusion Transfer is not applied correctly due to deviation from the provided instructions, this includes applying excessive heat or inadequate pressure.
Damage from Improper Storage: Transfers that have been damaged as a result of not being stored properly, such as exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, which are clearly outlined in our care instructions.
Application to Unsuitable Surfaces: Transfers applied to surfaces not recommended for Thermal Fusion Transfer application which may have led to an unsuccessful transfer or damage
